Biomedical / Medical Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Laserix for Medical, a medical and aesthetic equipment supplier in the UAE, is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Biomedical / Medical Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our growing technical team in Dubai.

We welcome both fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their technical skills and experienced engineers with a background in medical equipment maintenance and servicing.

The selected candidate will work with advanced medical and aesthetic laser technologies, gaining valuable hands-on experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of medical and aesthetic laser equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and electrical issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and routine equipment inspections.
  • Provide on-site technical support to clinics and medical centers across the UAE.
  • Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and participate in technical training programs.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in servicing medical equipment or aesthetic laser machines is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Candela, DEKA, Cynosure, or similar medical laser systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, develop technical expertise, and undergo training.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
