Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of medical disposable products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers across the UAE

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

• Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

• Participate in medical exhibitions, industry events, and product training sessions

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical disposables sector in the UAE or GCC region

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of medical disposable products and healthcare market dynamics

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• UAE driving license is mandatory

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
