We’re Hiring – Medical Device Sales & Surgical Application Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE
Industry: Medical Devices – Surgical Business Unit

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Device Sales & Surgical Application Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell surgical medical devices and consumables across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • Develop strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, procurement departments, and hospital management.
  • Conduct regular hospital visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Coordinate and support product evaluations, trials, and surgical cases.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop key hospital accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on tenders, purchase orders, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team Leader and management on territory development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacist or a related medical field.
  • Previous experience in medical device sales and/or surgical application support is preferred.
  • Good understanding of operating room procedures and surgical instruments/devices.
  • Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable attending and supporting surgical procedures.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with hospitals and surgeons in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain will be a strong advantage.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
