Full job description

Italfood, Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of its dairy products business across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the dairy, chilled foods, FMCG, food manufacturing, or food distribution industry. The role requires strong experience in developing HORECA, retail, supermarket, wholesale, distributor, and institutional accounts, along with proven capabilities in key account management, pricing and negotiations, sales forecasting, market development, and collections.

Candidates with strong knowledge of the UAE food market, chilled-product distribution, cold-chain requirements, and dairy product shelf-life management will be preferred. A relevant bachelor's degree and a valid UAE driving licence are desirable.

An attractive remuneration package, including a performance-based bonus scheme awaits the right candidate.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
