We are seeking a qualified Biomedical Engineer with experience and technical knowledge in dental and biomedical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and after-sales support for our equipment portfolio while also communicating with B2B distributors and supporting equipment sales activities in the UAE and Middle East markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide product information, technical guidance, product training, and troubleshooting support for dental and biomedical equipment.

· Provide technical support for equipment including CBCT, Implant Motors, Light Curing Units, and Intraoral Scanners (IOS).

· Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations and training to distributors, dental professionals, and customers.

· Communicate and coordinate with B2B distributors regarding dental and biomedical equipment.

· Support B2B equipment sales activities, including product introduction, technical consultation, quotation and order follow-up, and after-sales support.

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with distributors and provide ongoing technical and commercial support.

· Coordinate directly with the parent manufacturing company in South Korea to resolve technical issues, obtain product information, process orders, and ensure smooth communication.

· Continuously develop technical knowledge through self-training and training provided by the parent manufacturing company.

· Process equipment sales orders, track shipments, and follow up with distributors to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of customer and distributor interactions, technical service requests, equipment issues, and transactions in internal systems.

· Collaborate with sales, logistics, regulatory, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.

· Support after-sales service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair coordination, and product replacement when required.

· Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to distributors and customers.

· Travel within the UAE and internationally for on-site technical support, installation, training, or troubleshooting when issues cannot be resolved remotely.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, new technologies, industry developments, and applicable regulatory requirements related to dental and biomedical equipment.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare and medical device regulations.

Requirements

· UAE Biomedical Engineer license/certificate or other applicable UAE-recognized Biomedical Engineer qualification – Required.

· Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related engineering field.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in dental or medical equipment.

· Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with CBCT, Implant Motors, Light Curing Units, and Intraoral Scanners (IOS).

· Previous experience in dental equipment, medical devices, or biomedical equipment is preferred.

· Experience in B2B distributor management, technical sales, or medical/dental equipment sales is preferred.

· Ability to provide technical troubleshooting and after-sales support for biomedical and dental equipment.

· Willingness and ability to travel for business and technical support when required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to communicate professionally with distributors, customers, and the parent manufacturing company.

· Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Pay: AED7,350.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
