We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Biomedical Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities for biomedical equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, service engineers, and vendors.
• Schedule service visits, demos, installations, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support, spare parts, and warranty claims.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Effective and timely communication with customers/clients.
• Track inventory of spare parts and service tools.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new medical equipment.
• Prepare service reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Support service calls by attending on-site visits when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in biomedical equipment servicing or coordination.
• Strong understanding of medical devices and hospital equipment.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
• Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license and owns a car.
