Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Diagnose vision problems and eye disorders.
• Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Refer patients to ophthalmologists or specialists when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Optometry (OD) from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH License/Eligibility Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent patient care.
• Experience in home healthcare or community-based services is an advantage.
