Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a medical clinic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients professionally.
  • Manage appointments and patient scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Process payments and issue invoices.
  • Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff.
  • Handle insurance inquiries (experience is an advantage).
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a medical clinic or healthcare facility in Dubai.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – Required.
  • Russian language is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of medical appointment systems and EMR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
