Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with around 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Power BI, reporting, data interpretation, and basic accounting concepts. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and financial data, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

* Analyze and interpret business, financial, and operational data to identify trends and insights.

* Develop, maintain, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

* Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports using data from multiple sources.

* Collect, clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

* Work with accounting and financial data and understand basic accounting principles.

* Generate reports combining data analysis, reporting, and accounting information.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

* Collaborate with finance, business, and other internal teams to understand reporting requirements.

* Identify discrepancies and data quality issues and work toward their resolution.

* Present analytical findings and reports to management in a clear and understandable manner.

* Support process improvements through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development.

* Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

* Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.

* Experience working with financial/business reports and datasets.

* Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

* Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

* UAE work experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

* Experience in financial or accounting reporting.

* Knowledge of SQL and data extraction is an advantage.

* Experience with Power BI data modelling, DAX, and Power Query is an advantage.

* Experience working with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
