We are a well-established Medical Centre in Abu Dhabi looking for a UAE National Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Assist patients with their inquiries, appointments, and general requirements
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Follow up with patients when required
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and patient registration when required
  • Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other customer communications
  • Support the reception and front-office team as needed
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times

Requirements

  • UAE National – Mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical centre environment
