Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general information.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with medical staff to provide relevant patient information.
• Resolve patient issues and complaints with empathy and solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably within a medical center.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using call center software and standard office applications.
