Patient Coordinator/Receptionist – Dental Clinic- Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Patient Coordinator with experience in aesthetic or medical clinics.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or Front Desk in a medical/dental clinic

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabics and philpins are preferred)

Strong customer service and patient handling skills

Knowledge of clinic workflow, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and assisting with registration

Managing appointments and scheduling

Coordinating patient flow within the clinic

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Following up with patients regarding treatments and appointments

Supporting doctors and clinical staff with patient communication

Location: UAE, Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road

Arabics and philpins are preferred for this post

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
