The Rehabilitation Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full operational, administrative, financial, and clinical coordination of the center. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, healthcare management experience, knowledge of rehabilitation and therapy center operations, and the ability to maintain high standards aligned with UAE healthcare regulations and quality standards.

The role requires managing therapists, administration staff, customer relations, scheduling systems, licensing compliance, reporting, financial performance, and continuous improvement of services.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management

• Manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation center efficiently.
• Ensure smooth coordination between therapy departments, administration, finance, and customer service.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor therapist schedules, patient appointments, attendance, and utilization rates.
• Improve workflow systems and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & HR Management

• Lead and supervise therapists, supervisors, receptionists, and administrative staff.
• Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs.
• Build a professional, ethical, and positive work environment.
• Ensure proper communication between departments.

Clinical Coordination

• Coordinate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavioral therapists, psychologists, and special educators.
• Ensure high-quality therapy services and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor treatment planning processes and reporting standards.
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration and family-centered care.

Customer Experience & Family Relations

• Ensure excellent communication with families and caregivers.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention rates.
• Improve customer journey and service quality standards.

Financial & Business Management

• Monitor budgets, operational costs, revenue, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with finance teams regarding invoicing, collections, insurance, and payroll.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Support business growth strategies and expansion plans.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain DHA and other regulatory standards where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and patient record management.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance and risk management systems.
• Prepare for audits and inspections.

Technology & Systems Management

• Oversee therapy management systems, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting software.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and operational automation.
• Coordinate with IT and software developers when required.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Rehabilitation Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in healthcare or rehabilitation center management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy centers or medical centers is highly preferred.
• UAE healthcare sector experience is highly desirable.
