Job Overview:

Provide professional home care for patients with clinical and daily support needs.
Help ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while following personalized care plans.
Work closely with patients and families to deliver reliable care and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized care to patients with diverse needs, prioritizing their comfort and dignity.

- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring tailored care for each patient.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized care plans that address individual requirements.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to guarantee high-quality care.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for patients and their families.

- Ensure a safe and clean environment, focusing on the well-being of those you serve.

Qualifications:

- Valid nursing license or certification.

- CPR and First Aid certification.

- Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare role is highly preferred.

- Experience with individuals with Autism, peg tube management, or caring for bedridden patients is highly preferred.

- DHA certification is Advantage.

- Basic Arabic is a plus.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
