Medical Assistant jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the clinic team through accurate and organized documentation.
• Enter patient information, treatment details, and clinical notes into the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system promptly and precisely.
• Act as a communication bridge between the medical team and insurance department to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
• Assist in the preparation of insurance claims, including correct coding and follow-up for approvals.
• Help resolve documentation-related queries and discrepancies related to insurance and patient files.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a medical or dental clinic is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers, EMR software, and office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare documentation, insurance coding, and local regulatory requirements is a plus.
