As a Creative AI Specialist, you'll help transform ideas into visuals, videos, concepts, presentations, graphics, storyboards, and creative assets at remarkable speed using the latest AI-powered creative tools.

You'll constantly explore emerging technologies while maintaining the professional creative standards our clients expect.

This isn't about replacing creativity.

It's about amplifying it.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves experimenting with AI.

Not someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT.

Someone who wakes up excited to try the newest image model, video model, editing workflow, automation tool, prompt technique, or creative platform.

You'll help Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, Producers, Copywriters, and Digital teams accelerate ideation, visualisation, production, and campaign development.

Some days you'll create AI-generated concept visuals.

Other days you'll generate product photography, create AI video, extend footage, build presentations, animate graphics, develop storyboards, or help production teams solve impossible deadlines.

You'll become one of ZIA's internal experts in creative AI.

What You Will Do

AI Visual Creation

• Generate premium AI imagery for campaigns, concepts, proposals, presentations, mood boards, and client pitches.
• Create realistic commercial-quality visuals using AI image models.
• Develop product imagery, environments, people, branding concepts, and visual explorations.

AI Video

• Generate AI-powered video content.
• Create concept videos and animations.
• Extend, enhance, upscale, and restore footage.
• Experiment with emerging video generation platforms.

Creative Support

• Rapidly visualise campaign concepts before production.
• Produce storyboards and mood boards.
• Support Creative Directors during concept development.
• Help designers and production teams accelerate workflows.

Design & Production

• Create presentations.
• Develop graphics.
• Produce simple animations.
• Prepare digital assets.
• Assist with creative production when required.

Innovation

• Continuously research new AI tools.
• Test workflows.
• Recommend new technologies.
• Train internal teams.
• Share knowledge across departments.

Workflow Optimisation

• Build AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Improve efficiency.
• Automate repetitive creative tasks.
• Develop prompt libraries.
• Help maintain creative quality while increasing speed.

You Will Probably Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 3–5+ years working in creative design, motion design, production, digital media, or related creative disciplines.
• Advanced experience using generative AI tools professionally.
• Excellent prompting skills.
• Strong visual taste.
• Experience using Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux, Ideogram, Leonardo, Photoshop AI, and emerging AI platforms.
• Basic understanding of design principles.
• Strong understanding of composition, colour, typography, and storytelling.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Excellent organisation.
• Genuine curiosity.
