We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI Specialist who is passionate about artificial intelligence and stays updated with the latest AI tools, platforms, features, and industry developments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with a wide range of AI tools and be able to identify, test, implement, and train employees on AI solutions that can improve productivity, marketing, content creation, sales, customer service, and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay continuously updated with the latest AI tools, platforms, features, and trends.
  • Research, test, and evaluate new AI tools and recommend useful solutions for the company.
  • Have practical knowledge of AI tools for:
  • Content creation and copywriting
  • Image generation and editing
  • Video generation and editing
  • Voice and audio generation
  • Presentations and document creation
  • AI-powered research and productivity
  • Marketing and social media
  • Chatbots and customer support
  • Workflow automation
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Gamma, ElevenLabs, Make, Zapier, and other emerging AI platforms.
  • Explore new AI tools and understand their practical business applications.
  • Create AI-powered workflows and automations to reduce manual work.
  • Train employees on how to use AI tools effectively.
  • Develop prompts, templates, workflows, and AI processes for different departments.
  • Assist the marketing and sales teams in using AI for campaigns, content, lead generation, research, and productivity.
  • Monitor new AI releases and updates and introduce relevant tools to the company.
  • Maintain a list/database of useful AI tools and their applications.
  • Ensure AI tools are being used efficiently, responsibly, and securely.

Requirements

  • Strong practical knowledge of multiple AI tools and platforms.
  • Must be comfortable learning and testing new AI tools quickly.
  • Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with AI automation tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content, design, video, productivity, and business operations.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain AI tools in a simple and practical way to non-technical employees.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be proactive and genuinely interested in keeping up with the latest AI developments and updates.

Experience with some of the following is an advantage:

Candidates are not required to know every tool listed above, but should demonstrate strong hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
