About the Role

Shell Home Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage working with leading property developers to promote premium residential developments. We are looking for experienced, confident, and camera-ready actors and models to appear in short-form promotional videos for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in short-form promotional videos, scripted dialogues, and role-play scenarios.
  • Deliver scripted lines naturally, confidently, and convincingly.
  • Adapt to different roles, scenes, and filming requirements.
  • Follow creative direction and respond positively to feedback.
  • Prepare scripts in advance, arrive on time, and work professionally with the production team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Previous professional experience in acting, commercials, modelling, presenting, or on-camera productions is required.
  • Professional Appearance: Attractive, well-groomed, with a polished and sophisticated appearance suited to premium brands.
  • Strong On-Camera Presence: Confident, expressive, and engaging, with natural acting ability and effective body language.
  • Fluent English: Clear pronunciation, natural delivery, and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Attitude: Punctual, reliable, well-prepared, and able to work effectively with a production team.
  • Adaptability: Able to learn scripts quickly, take direction, and maintain consistent performance across multiple takes.
  • Experience in luxury brands, lifestyle advertising, or real estate promotional videos is an advantage.

Language and Market Fit

Fluent English is essential. Additional language and cultural fluency for key Dubai client markets is a strong advantage - especially Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or another relevant language.

Working Arrangement

Part-time, with filming sessions scheduled in advance based on production requirements.
