Digital Marketing Executive – Real EstateJob Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our real estate brand through engaging digital content and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, property marketing, and social media, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals and videos that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Shoot high-quality property photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Create engaging property reels, walkthrough videos, and promotional content.
• Design attractive marketing posters, brochures, banners, and social media creatives.
• Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and marketing copy.
• Edit videos and images using professional editing software.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote new property launches and listings.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding guidelines.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate quality buyer and investor leads for off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Create and publish engaging content, including property posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or real estate marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google advertising is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
