Orbitworks is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to own and grow our social media presence across key platforms.

This role combines content creation, community engagement, paid social and performance analytics. You’ll help tell the Orbitworks story, showcase the people and technology behind our missions, and build an engaged audience around one of the UAE’s most exciting space companies.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing a compelling caption, developing a content calendar, launching a paid campaign and digging into the data to understand what’s working.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Management

  • Own and manage the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including copy, carousels, graphics briefs and short-form video concepts.
  • Turn company milestones, technical achievements, events and employee stories into engaging social content.
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, Design and internal teams to align content with business priorities and campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across our social channels.
  • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns and boosted content across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Build and optimize audience targeting strategies using demographic, interest-based, behavioural, lookalike and retargeting audiences.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance and continuously optimize for stronger results.
  • Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR and paid campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to test and improve content, creative formats, targeting and campaign performance.
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes and evolving social media best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining structured content calendars.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management platforms such as Hootsuite, Metricool, Buffer or similar.
  • Good understanding of social analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in technology, aerospace, space, engineering or another technical industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM-based custom audiences and retargeting workflows.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing content and paid creative.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social content.
  • Experience creating or coordinating short-form video content.
