Full job description

HYPE is Abu Dhabi's performance and recovery club at World Trade Centre Mall - built around HYROX-affiliated training, structured endurance and Pilates programming, and private recovery suites.

We're looking for someone to own our organic social presence and creating organic leads, and ultimately help build a real community.

Please note: applicants must already hold valid UAE residency with work eligibility - we're not able to sponsor a visa for this role.

What you'll own:

  • Day-to-day content strategy and posting across Instagram (primary), TikTok, and any platforms we expand to
  • Community engagement - replies, DMs, story interactions; focus of driving organic leads
  • A consistent posting cadence and content calendar, planned weekly/monthly, not day-of scrambling
  • Capturing quick, authentic in-studio content - classes, coach personalities, member moments, day-to-day energy
  • Coordinating with coaches and FOH to get what you need without disrupting member experience
  • Working alongside our content producer, who rill deliver hero video and photography to be turned into into a steady stream of posts.

Required:

  • Proven experience running social for a studio, gym, hospitality brand, or similar community-driven business - show us the account, not just the resume
  • Comfortable capturing quick, authentic, and premium content on a phone - stories, reposts, day-to-day moments
  • Able to commit a minimum of 25 hours/week on a consistent, reliable schedule
  • Based in Abu Dhabi, able to work from the studio regularly
  • Valid UAE residency with existing work eligibility

Preferred:

  • Basic paid social literacy - not required, but a plus
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality specifically

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
