Job vacancy: General Foreman – Construction Site (2 Nos)

Company: Sumer Contracting Co. LLC

Project Location: Dubai

Requirements & Qualifications:-

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
  • Proven experience as a General Foreman on residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC works, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams of workers and subcontractors.
  • Sound understanding of construction sequences, productivity planning, and site coordination.
  • Strong awareness of HSE rules and safety practices on construction sites.
  • Ability to plan daily activities and meet project schedules and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and inspectors.
  • Basic reporting skills (daily progress, manpower, material usage).
  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • Physically fit and capable of working under site conditions.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
