We are hiring !

BOH :

* BBQ chef ( grill section )

* Shawarma chef or speciality shawarma maker

* Demi CDP ( hot kitchen )

* Demi CDP ( oven section)

* Demi CDP ( mezze & cold & hot kitchen)

* Demi CDP ( prep kitchen - cold & hot )

* Commis I ( prep kitchen - cold & hot )

Key Requirements :

- 1 to 2+ years of culinary experience in Turkish, Middle Eastern, Levantine, or Arabic fine dining cuisines, and Familiar with traditional Arabic cooking techniques.

- strong knowledge of food and beverage standards.

- Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients and basic food safety and allergen awareness.

- positive attitude with good communication skills

- Strong attentions to details.

- Good command in English, additional languages are an advantage.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-faced hospitality environment.
