We are a young and dynamic ship management company looking for a Crewing Executive who will be able to perform the following responsibilities:
Flag State Documentation related primarily to Antigua Barbuda flag for various endorsements. Coordinate with flag administrations and recognized organizations (ROs) for documentation approvals.
Compliance and verification of STCW and MLC certificates and specific flag state requirements.
Portage bill Management and payroll documents for seafarers. This will include accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses and deductions. Update records based on crew sign-on/sign-off dates, promotions, and contract changes. Keep digital and physical records of contracts, salary slips.
Crew and Payroll Administration: Coordinate with finance departments for disbursal of crew wages. Resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling salary information. Handling cash to Master (CTM ) is responsible for Coordinate and manage the process of delivering cash funds to a ship's master (captain) while the vessel is at port or via a port agent. Coordinate with the ship manager or owners to confirm the required amount. Get internal approvals and document the request. Ensure all paperwork is complete: CTM request forms.
Besides the role will involve generic requests and approvals to be obtained for coordination with the vessel. All documentation and compliance work is to be completed as required.
