Key Responsibilities:

The Marble Factory Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily marble factory operations and production activities.
  • Planning and monitoring production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Supervising factory staff, machine operators, and production teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
  • Monitoring material consumption and minimizing wastage.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair of factory equipment and machinery.
  • Implementing workplace safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Preparing production reports and performance analyses.
  • Managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Working closely with project, procurement, and logistics departments.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marble, stone, or construction materials manufacturing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of marble cutting, polishing, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning and factory management systems.
