Manufacturing Machine Operator jobs in UAE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing machines and production equipment
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
• Ensure accurate recording of production data and batch documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the production area
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality concerns
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions when required
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures at all times
• Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising product quality or compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing operations is preferred
• Knowledge of GMP standards and manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts if required
