Cook – Arabic Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Cook for an Emirati house in Abudhabi with strong knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine. The candidate should be able to prepare authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Prepare traditional dishes such as Machboos, Kabsa, Mandi, Madfoon, Harees, Thareed, Salona, grilled meats, soups, rice dishes, mezze, and Arabic salads.
  • Prepare and handle meat, chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients correctly.
  • Maintain authentic Arabic flavors, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a restaurant or private household.
  • Knowledge of Emirati/Gulf cuisine is highly preferred.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
