RESTAURANT MANAGER

Urgently required restaurant manager for one the reputed restaurant in Jumeira Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for overall day to day restaurant business operations
• Must handle and hold responsibilities to all food service operations
• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Creating strategies to achieve the provided targets
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health & safety guidelines and regulation of UAE
• Responsible for training, managing & motivating the entire team of restaurant
• Manage different departments of restaurant operation such as customer relation, employee engagements, vendors’ relations and inventory control
• Familiar with food preparation process to minimize the wastage and control food cost
• Regularly measure and evaluate service levels & standards through customer feedback and company policy. So that it helps in developing business plans for continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Must be graduate and very good command in communication skills
• Very strong team management and leadership skills
• Must have minimum of 10 years’ experience in Restaurant or hotel industry.
• Experience in Mandi restaurant will be added advantage.
• Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Candidates who are able to join immediately will be preferred.
