FYTE Hospitality is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver excellent guest experiences while maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate FOH and BOH team members to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and daily performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be an advantage.
