Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, monitoring service standards, and coordinating closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain consistent food and beverage quality. The role involves scheduling and supervising staff, supporting hiring and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The Manager also addresses guest feedback, manages reservations and floor planning, and works with leadership to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements that align with The Lighthouse brand. Regular reporting on performance, costs, and customer satisfaction, as well as collaboration with the catering and events teams when needed, is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with proven ability to create a welcoming, guest-centric environment.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear interaction with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience in Hiring and supervising restaurant teams, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, quality standards, and basic inventory oversight.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality or F&B.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working within a design-led, culturally engaged brand; experience in concept or lifestyle venues is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic restaurant management systems and MS Office; experience with reservation or POS systems is beneficial.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
