WE ARE HIRING – MAID SERVICE IN-CHARGE

Location: Dubai, UAE

Join our growing team and lead our maid service operations with professionalism and excellence.

Position: Maid Service In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise and manage daily maid service operations.
✔ Allocate and coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and deployments.
✔ Ensure high standards of cleaning quality and customer satisfaction.
✔ Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
✔ Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure service quality.
✔ Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
✔ Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to maintain company standards.
✔ Prepare operational reports and maintain service records.
✔ Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and operational needs.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, maid services, facilities management, or related field.
✔ Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
