About the Role

A private single-family office based in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality developments. This role requires an individual who takes ownership, works independently, and drives projects to successful completion.

You will work closely with the Principal and Head of the Family Office across multiple high-end projects, including luxury villas and hospitality developments, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate and monitor project progress from procurement through completion.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and milestones.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and proactively recommend solutions.

Design & Procurement Support

• Review architectural and interior design drawings, material specifications, and finish schedules.
• Coordinate procurement activities including quotations, approvals, orders, deliveries, and installations.
• Monitor sample submissions, mock-ups, and material approvals.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved design intent and quality standards.

Site Coordination

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and workmanship.
• Track quality of finishes and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in resolving site coordination issues and project challenges.
• Support project teams in achieving agreed timelines and deliverables.

Research & Market Intelligence

• Research materials, finishes, suppliers, and emerging market trends.
• Provide insights on luxury residential and hospitality developments.
• Assist in benchmarking projects and identifying innovative concepts and design solutions.
• Support strategic decision-making through market research and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and project workflows.
• Understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and procurement activities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate and luxury development market is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
