Acube Real Estate Development is looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused Sales Hostess to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and engaging visitors, creating a professional first impression, supporting the sales team, and assisting with client-facing activities within our sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the sales office/showroom.
• Assist the Sales Team in receiving and attending to clients.
• Provide basic information about projects, facilities, and ongoing sales activities.
• Coordinate client visits, appointments, and meetings.
• Support property viewings, launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Assist with registration and collection of client information.
• Coordinate refreshments and other requirements for client meetings.
• Maintain the reception and client-facing areas to a high professional standard.
• Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
• Build a positive relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Represent Acube Real Estate Development professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Hostess, Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or a customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and visitors.
• Good English communication skills.
• Additional languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
