Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reverse Logistics & POD Coordinator to manage product returns, proof of delivery (POD) documentation, and reverse logistics operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient return processes, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all return shipments from customers, distributors, retailers, and marketplace channels.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely receipt and processing of returned goods.
  • Verify returned products, maintain accurate documentation, and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Analyze return trends, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions to reduce future returns.
  • Process customer claims, damaged goods claims, and supplier-related discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate product recall activities and replacement programs when required.
  • Ensure appropriate disposition of returned products, including restocking, repair, refurbishment, disposal, or return to suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and reverse logistics transactions.
  • Monitor, track, and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for all outbound shipments across UAE, GCC, and export markets.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical archives of PODs for audit, compliance, and operational purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams to resolve logistics and return-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, reverse logistics, or supply chain functions.
  • Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, reverse logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
