WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE/Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Executive to join our team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
  • Plan and monitor shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and transport companies.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery and shipping documents.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team and monitor stock movement.
  • Handle logistics-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
