WE ARE HIRING – POC | AMAZON NOW

Location: Dubai

Xoom Delivery Services LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Point of Contact (POC) to manage our Amazon Now operations in Abu Dhabi.

Position: POC – Amazon Now

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Amazon Now operations
  • Supervise and coordinate Delivery Associates (DAs)
  • Monitor attendance, login hours, and productivity
  • Ensure daily order and operational targets are achieved
  • Handle rider/DA concerns and operational issues
  • Coordinate with Amazon and internal management teams
  • Prepare daily operational reports and performance updates
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon SOPs and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous Amazon / Amazon Now operations experience preferred
  • Strong team management and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of attendance, productivity, and operational KPIs

Ability to handle pressure and resolve ground-level issues Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Willing to work in Dubai Interested candidates can share their CV for consideration.
