• We are looking for a sharp Workshop Coordinator to streamline our fleet maintenance, drive ERP efficiency, and keep our operations running at peak performance.

What You Will Do (The Role):

• Command the Workshop: Orchestrate day-to-day operations and maintenance schedules for a premium fleet (Generators, Air Compressors, Tower Lights, Forklifts, Telehandlers).
• Maximize Fleet Uptime: Mastermind preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Own the Pipeline: Manage work orders, track spare parts coordination, and keep our parts inventory perfectly optimized.
• Leverage Top Tech: Utilize enterprise ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to track assets, log maintenance data, and streamline workflows.

Who You Are (The Requirements):

• Industry Expert: 3 to 5+ years of dedicated coordination experience within plant hire, equipment rental, or construction machinery.
• Technical Coordinator: Solid understanding of workshop workflows, heavy machinery maintenance, and parts management.
• Systems Fluid: Hands-on experience navigating major ERP environments (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Master Communicator: Strong organizational skills with the ability to bridge the gap between mechanics, suppliers, and management.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
