Full job description

  • Maintain and manage all MEP project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Manage, log, and track all shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and inspection requests (MIR/WIR).
  • Coordinate documentation for local Abu Dhabi authorities and final project handovers (O&Ms).
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams regarding document submissions and approvals.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. & Prepare document transmittals, logs, and reports.
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are used.
  • Assist in preparing project close-out documentation and handover files.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and project documents.
  • Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and project documentation requirements.
  • Prepare document control reports and support project audits.

  • Maintain flawless version control across Civil, MEP, and high-end Interior Fit-out projects.
