Job Description

  • To perform opening and closing procedures according to the shift.
  • To inspect pool areas at start, during and at the end of the shift to ensure that the set up of the department is in accordance with established standard.
  • Responsible for the safety of the Guests that are inside the designated swimming areas (pool) during the posted business hours.
  • Must be certified lifeguard.
  • Responsible for responding to any emergency within the hotel pool area.
  • Monitor, observe and control the entire situation and the pool movement.
  • Responsible for ensuring that pool activities are executed according to the Security rules.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  • Understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s Policy on fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Ensure that all potential and health hazards are reported and rectified immediately.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality.
  • Lifeguard certificate is a must.
