We are opening an exciting new outlet at the Jewel of the Creek, and we are seeking a welcoming, polished, and professional Lebanesse Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by providing warm, traditional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet and welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Reservations: Manage the reservation system and coordinate seating to balance server workloads.
• Seating: Guide guests to their tables, present menus, and provide accurate wait-time estimates during peak hours.
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with the waitstaff, management, and kitchen team regarding special requests.
• First Impressions: Ensure the reception area, hostess stand, and entrance are immaculately clean and organized at all times

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (Lebanese or Levantine dialect highly preferred).
• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a premium or upscale casual restaurant in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Presentable, warm, and positive attitude.
• Strong ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
