Reports To: Legal Manager / Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to provide legal support and advice to the company and ensure that its activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to the company and management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
  • Review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle and follow up on legal cases and disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice on applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare legal notices, letters, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain and organize company legal records and documents.
  • Identify potential legal risks and advise management accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Perform other legal duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience in corporate/commercial law is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
