Job Summary

AL MARINA HOLDING is looking for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead and manage a team of gardeners across our properties. The successful candidate will assign and supervise daily tasks, ensure proper maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and plants, oversee seasonal planting and irrigation schedules, and maintain high landscaping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily work of gardeners.
  • Assign tasks and monitor work quality and productivity.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants.
  • Plan and oversee seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization, and irrigation.
  • Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
  • Ensure landscaping work meets company quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of landscaping experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
