About Us

We are a veterinary clinic located in Dubai committed to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their owners. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Process invoices and payments using the clinic management system.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Explain basic clinic services, vaccination schedules, and hospital policies.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, and laboratory results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative duties and inventory of reception supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or front desk officer (veterinary or medical experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn clinic management software.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
