Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi to join our hospital and healthcare laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical laboratory testing, sample collection, clinical diagnostics, and laboratory equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per physician instructions
• Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
• Record and analyze test results accurately
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and laboratory safety standards
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and infection control procedures
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
• Support doctors and healthcare staff with diagnostic information
• Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field
• Valid DOH / HAAD / DHA license preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
