Waitress / Server

Salary: AED 2,500 per month

About the Role

We have a small team, a busy restaurant, and high standards. We’re looking for a confident, energetic waitress who genuinely enjoys hospitality and knows how to create a great guest experience.

This role is about much more than taking orders. We want someone who can build rapport with guests, stay calm during busy services, and contribute positively to the atmosphere of the restaurant. The right person will be attentive, proactive, and take pride in delivering excellent service every shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu and make genuine recommendations to guests

• Upsell menu items confidently and naturally

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

• Help create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for every guest

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing hospitality role

• Excellent spoken English

• Based in Dubai or available to start immediately

• Reliable transport home after late shifts, as service may run past 1:00 AM
