We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Private Chef for for a VIP villa in the UAE to start ASAP The candidate must be highly trained in preparing high-end dishes and have experience cooking multi-cuisine and traditional European food. The ideal candidate must be confident in cooking Mediterranean, Italian, French, Mexican and Asian cuisine, preferably with excellent sushi making skills. The client is looking for a chef who has a great eye for detail and a passion for exquisite presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to showcase a diverse range of skills, bringing personal creativity to the table. Preferably the chef will be available to trial in the UAE, although international candidates are also welcome to apply. Duties and responsibilities: • Prepare and cook exquisite food from a variety of cuisines • Great attention to detail with emphasis on presentation • Prepare and cook nutritionally balanced meals for the client on a daily basis • Preparemeals and snacks for the client • Cater for dinner parties and larger events at the villa • Source and purchase the highest quality, organic ingredients • Meal and menu planning • Managed grocery budgets and stock levels • Ensure the kitchen is kept organised and immaculately clean • Remain up to date with current food trends • Take great pride in personal presentation and cleanliness In order to be considered for this role you must: • Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check • Have 5+ years' experience working as a Chef within a private household • Have a valid British or UAE passport • Be willing to relocate • Have excellent contactable references
