BBQ Restaurant Kitchen Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process meat, vegetables, sauces, and other kitchen ingredients
• Follow food preparation standards and kitchen SOP
• Assist in marination, cutting, plating, and food storage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels
• Cooperate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards

Job Requirements

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
• Experience in BBQ, Korean restaurant, hotpot, or Asian cuisine is an advantage
• Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication preferred

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in below areas are preferred:

• Meat cutting / meat processing
• BBQ or grill station
• Sauce preparation / marination
• Cold kitchen / side dishes
• Dessert or beverage preparation
• Inventory and kitchen stock management
