Kitchen Designer jobs in Dubai

We are looking for experienced Sales Designers to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in kitchen and closet sales, with a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, along with an Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering background.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, online, and showroom customers professionally.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized kitchen and closet solutions.
• Prepare layouts, quotations, design presentations, and proposals.
• Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with clients from initial consultation through order confirmation.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the kitchen and/or closet industry.
• Proven experience as a Kitchen / Closet Sales Designer.
• Educational or professional background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes/closets, materials, fittings, accessories, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
