Job Overview

Brillianz Educational Group is looking for motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, a passion for student counselling, and experience in education sales.

The successful candidates will guide prospective students in selecting suitable educational programmes, explain course details, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students about available undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into admissions.
  • Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Build positive relationships with students and ensure a professional counselling experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales or academic counselling.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • A target-oriented mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.

Note: Candidates without sales experience will not be considered. Education sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
