Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admissions Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students through course and admission options, and managing the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end student admission process, including application review, document verification, follow-ups, and enrollment.
  • Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful admissions by understanding student requirements and providing suitable course information.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic Teams to ensure smooth communication with applicants.
  • Conduct student consultations and interviews when required.
  • Respond to student queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and enrollment rates.
  • Prepare basic reports related to inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions for management.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective students throughout the admission process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Student Admissions, Education Consultancy, Telesales, or a similar profession.
  • Experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Malayalam proficiency will be an advantage.
  • Professional, polite, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.

  • Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates currently available in the UAE.
  • Candidates with experience in education, student admissions, telesales, or lead conversion are encouraged to apply.
