Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE
Preferred Nationality: Jordanian, Syrian and Lebanon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and overall performance
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
