Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise assigned site activities such as tank maintenance, repair, fabrication, cleaning, blasting, painting, and construction works.
• Ensure compliance with the client’s Permit to Work (PTW) system and obtain all necessary permits before commencing work.
• Coordinate with Area Authorities, Operations, HSE personnel, and supervisors for work execution.
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate work scope, hazards, and control measures to the workforce.
• Ensure all safety requirements, PPE, and control measures are implemented at the worksite.
• Verify that equipment, tools, and machinery are in safe working condition before use.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to approved procedures, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, and work-related issues to supervisors and HSE personnel.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas are kept clean and safe.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment required for daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and maintain daily work records, permit logs, and activity reports as required.

Qualification, Skills & Experience :

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in oil & gas, tank maintenance, construction, shutdown, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and site safety requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ADNOC/CICPA site requirements will be an advantage.
