Senior Sales Representative — Trivto
Corporate Travel Management Platform | Dubai (On-Site) | Full-Time
About Trivto
Trivto is a B2B SaaS corporate travel management platform built to transform how companies book, manage, and optimize business travel. We combine modern technology with deep travel industry expertise to give finance teams, travel managers, and travelers a faster, smarter, more cost-effective way to run corporate travel programs.
We're scaling fast, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Representative who can own the full sales cycle — from opening doors at target accounts to expanding relationships with existing clients.
The Role
As Senior Sales Representative, you'll be a core driver of Trivto's growth. You'll hunt new logos across the SMB and mid-market segments (and selectively at the enterprise level), own a pipeline of high-value prospects, and nurture existing accounts into long-term partnerships. Inside each prospect company, you'll engage the people who actually decide on travel - typically finance, HR, procurement, or operations leaders - and work alongside our product, marketing, and customer success teams to win and keep those clients.
This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and knows how to close deals with multiple stakeholders on the buyer's side.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outbound outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and execute a territory plan focused primarily on SMB and mid-market clients, with selective enterprise pursuits
- Generate your own pipeline through strategic outbound, while also converting inbound and marketing-qualified leads
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts - identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Lead tailored product demos that speak directly to each prospect's pain points, and navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews when required
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
- Maintain a disciplined CRM, accurate forecasts, and clear reporting on pipeline health
- Provide structured feedback from the field to product and marketing to help shape Trivto's roadmap and positioning
- Represent Trivto at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Proven success selling into SMB and mid-market accounts, with the ability to run faster-cycle deals at volume while also handling larger, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Strong outbound hunting skills - you know how to build pipeline from scratch, not just work inbound leads
- Experience managing and expanding existing accounts, not just closing new logos
- Excellent discovery, demo, and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging decision-makers across finance, HR, procurement, and operations
- Disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting ability
- Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
