Part-Time Jewelry Workshop Coordinator
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Jewelry Workshop Coordinator to join our jewellery company. The role involves coordinating with our workshop, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining clear communication between the workshop and the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the workshop on jewellery production.
  • Follow up on production timelines and deliveries.
  • Prepare and organise production orders.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished pieces.
  • Track repairs, alterations, and custom orders.
  • Source materials and liaise with suppliers when required.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Assist with general workshop administration.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in jewellery production or workshop coordination is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with jewellery manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Experience in gemstones and diamond grading is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the jewelry industry.

Working Hours

  • Part-time (hours to be discussed).
