Job Summary

A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, and delivering a high end customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their requirements
  • Assist clients in selecting gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
  • Provide product knowledge and explain designs, quality, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Handle billing, invoices, and POS transactions
  • Maintain showroom display and visual merchandising
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Follow up with clients (in-store, WhatsApp, social media)
  • Coordinate for custom jewellery orders and quotations
